Here’s a quick update of Vail Residences, SMDC’s inaugural condominium project in Cagayan de Oro City located in the city’s uptown area. As of June 2023, there’s not much significant progress on the four 4-storey condo buildings out of 14 which are under construction since the previous post last April. The project is already sold out.
