The two topnotchers in the April 2023 Criminologists Licensure Examination from Phinma-Cagayan de Oro College (Phinma-COC) paid a courtesy call on Cagayan de Oro City City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy today, May 22. Jenny Rose L. Mencede (Top 3) and Ly Ann L. Bernaldez (Top 4) were cited for bringing pride and honor to the city. Meanwhile Phinma-COC was likewise recognized as the Top Performing School nationwide with 50 or more examinees in the said board exam.
