Construction of Intalio Flats Primea will finally start soon. As posted in its Facebook page, the cluster of midrise residential condominium buildings located along Eagle Street in Barangay Kauswagan will break ground on June 3, 2023. To be developed by Magna Homes Inc., the condominium complex will rise within the 8,777-sqm property right beside STI Kauswagan and will have 613 saleable units.
