Executives of Vista Estates led today’s formal unveiling of the perspective of Dear Joe, the first letter-writing cafe in the Philippines which is now rising in Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City right beside Camella Cerritos. The Instagram-worthy coffeeshop jumpstarts the upcoming mixed-use development – The Midtown by Vista Estates. It is set to open in July this year.

Canitoan Brgy Chair Joshua Taboclaon was ecstatic of the project and disclosed the upcoming Canitoan Viaduct project of the DPWH which will further spur development in the area.
Ms Natanette Pardito, Camella and Vista Estates Mindanao Division Head expressed optimism on the upcoming The Midtown development which she emphasized to be distinct from the city’s downtown and uptown areas.
She then lead the toast to the project.
Dear Joe will be opening in July.
