A new 3-storey hospital building will soon rise in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. The Php 99 million medical facility will be constructed in Sitio Mala-iba in Barangay Natumulan. The project scope includes the construction of the hospital building, excavation, embankment, structural concrete, masonry works and finishing works as well as plumbing, electrical and mechanical works.
A pre-bid conference was recently held for the project. Project duration is set at 360 days. Note that the funding does not include the hospital facilities and its operation. Perhaps this will be addressed in the next appropriation.
