The Redevelopment of Divisoria in Cagayan de Oro City under Project Lunhaw will soon start following the awarding of Phase 1 of the project (Magsaysay Park) to Pagadian-based ESR Construction and Development Corporation. Project cost for Phase 1 is P20,357,980.27. Under the project, Plaza Divisoria will be converted into a walkable, bikable heritage park, introducing green and water features, permeable paving and water catchments while preserving the park’s historical value. The park shall set the standard for open spaces in the City.
