Crown Peak Resort, a new staycation located in Lagtang, Alubijid, Misamis Oriental is now accepting advance bookings for April, just in time for the announced long weekend during the Holy Week. GETTING THERE. The resort is very accessible and just near the highway. If you’re coming from Cagayan de Oro, turn left after passing Caltex Gas Station (on your right) and before the rice field approaching the town proper of Alubijid. You’ll see a large signage “Mindanao Auctioneers” and take the access road towards the plateau. If you’re coming from Iligan, turn right after passing the town proper specifically after Sia Beng Tek Masonic Hall (on your right). See map below.
Based on the development plan as indicated in the tarp, it will have five A-Frame villas with the center being the largest and three levels. At the moment, the center villa is already done and will now be available for booking starting April. Two other smaller villas with two levels will also be completed soon. The remaining two villas will be built soon.
The resort is built near the edge of the plateau overlooking the rice fields and the highway.
Development is still ongoing including landscaping.
