The flooding woes at the junction of Masterson Avenue and South Diversion Road in Uptown Cagayan de Oro City might soon be over following the recent ground breaking ceremony of the Drainage Project which will have its outfall at Taguanao Bridge. Costing P71,722,822.54, the project is aimed at addressing the perennial flooding in that area of Uptown CDO.
1st District Rep. Lordan Suan and local DPWH officials led the formal groundbreaking ceremony last March 18.
