Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) recently broke ground the first International Workplace Group (IWG) center in Cagayan de Oro at SM CDO Downtown Tower creating an innovative and modern workspace for the CDO market. During the groundbreaking ceremony on held last March 17, 2023, DLI awarded the construction to RCW Construction Development Corp.
DLI holds the franchise to develop and operate IWG centers in Mindanao, which carries the brands Regus, HQ, and Spaces. This will be the first of its kind in the city here and the third in the whole of Mindanao.
