HISTORY WATCH: 1st Mindanao Guerrillas Exhibit – honoring the brave heroes who helped liberate Cagayan de Misamis during World War II

The just concluded first Mindanao Guerrillas Exhibit at the Elsa P. Pelaez Memorial Library of Liceo de Cagayan University allowed the public to get to know more about the brave men who fought the guerrilla warfare against the Japanese and helped liberate Cagayan de Misamis during World War II. The exhibit was part of the week-long festivities commemorating the 81st anniversary of Gen. Douglas MacArthur’s arrival in Cagayan on March 13, 1942.

Several war relics were on display donated by the families of the war heroes.
