Construction of the new Cagayan de Oro City Library has now progressed with the installation of structural frames as it finally shifts to vertical works. Located along Don Apolinar Velez Street beside Pelaez Sports Center, the 5-storey building will also house the office of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines and 52 classrooms of the City Central School.
