Reigning Miss Cagayan de Oro-Pilipinas April Angelu Barro has made the list of Top Forty (40) official candidates for Binibining Pilipinas 2023. She was the second to the last name called for the Top 35 candidates during the final screening yesterday. The pageant added five more names of official candidates later.
