Another beauty queen from Northern Mindanao was named as among the Top 40 official candidates for Binibining Pilipinas 2023. Binibining Jimenez 2019 Pia Isabel Duloguin from Jimenez, Misamis Occidental passed the final screening for the country’s premier beauty pageant. Good luck!
