Miss Kuyamis 2022 and Miss Universe Philippines 2022 First Runner-Up Annabelle McDonnell is now in Vietnam to represent the Philippines in the inaugural Miss Charm 2023, an international beauty pageant which aims to search for the most exceptional female representatives from different countries all around the world, to appreciate their beauty as well as their cultures and educational backgrounds. The judging criteria for the pageant will involve beauty, physique, intellect as well as the ability to captivate the audience with the appeal. Good luck!
