Along with the newly-established subterranean drainage, the section of CM Recto Avenue along Limketkai Center in Cagayan de Oro City has now been raised several feet from the existing road level. All six lanes will be elevated from the Agora Road Junction at Puregold towards Bitan-ag Creek. Several lanes are already passable while civil works on the remaining section is still ongoing.
Prior to the project, this section remains flooded during heavy rains.
Meanwhile, work on the connecting subterranean drainage along Limketkai Avenue is still ongoing.
