Kagayanon singer-songwriter Ela Figura will be having her ‘STILL AWESOME’ ALBUM LAUNCH on February 4, 2023 at Demetrio’s Viajero along Aguinaldo Street, Cagayan de Oro City. There will be live performances by Ela Figura, KREY from Davao and Chinicha. Ticket prices are Php 200 (pre-order) and Php 250 (walk-in). Doors open at 6:30 PM. The album consists of eight (8) original songs written and composed by Ela Figura. It is a story of finding and giving empowerment and emancipation from trauma amidst the chaos in our society, exploring mental health issues, gender, and feminism. Sonically, it has electropop and folk elements with synthesizers, acoustic guitar, percussions, and piano. The songs are included in Ela Figura’s theatre play of the same name released on her YouTube channel.
