Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Smart Communications for the distribution of free Smart Bro Pocket WiFi to the city’s 345 scholars through the City Scholarship Office. The gadget aims to provide the city scholars access to stable internet for their online classes, assignments and other related activities at any place and time.
Signing the MOU with Mayor Klarex Uy are Smart Northern Mindanao Senior Manager Bernardo Deatras and Smart Community Relationship Manager Ma. Santina Calipayan.
