As the inclement weather continues to prevail over Cagayan de Oro City, several stray dogs have found a refuge outside a car showroom at Limketkai Center. As shown, at least eight dogs are seen curled up along the showroom’s covered elevated sidewalk keeping them warm and dry from the intermittent rain which has characterized the city’s weather since the holidays.
