Travellers between Butuan City and Cagayan de Oro will just have to put off travel plans after portion of the National Highway in Gingoog City particularly in Barangays 19 and 20 were rendered non-passable early today due to flooding. The Road Advisory was issued as of 8:40 AM today, 25 December 2022. Yesterday, Route 955 was closed to traffic for safety reasons due to possible landslide along the route as continuous rains persisted.
There’s still no update if Route 955 will be reopened to traffic. It was temporarily closed to traffic yesterday due to possible landslides.
