Cagayan de Oro is expected to experience a surge in hotel occupancy next week as the city hosts the Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines (VMLP) 30th National Convention on November 10–13, 2026, with more than 800 delegates expected to attend. Anchored on the theme “One Legislature, One Digital Future,” the four-day gathering will highlight the launch of the eLegis Reference System, a shared digital platform designed to connect local legislative councils and enhance digital collaboration among local government units.
