Following the opening of Dula Lifestyle Hub, at least two more facilities are reportedly in the pipeline, including Paddle Point Leisure Hub, which recently broke ground, and Homecourt Uptown, which is planned to feature at least 12 courts. Beyond pickleball, these developments are expected to offer lifestyle amenities such as coffee shops, diners, boutiques, and other retail establishments, potentially transforming the area into a destination for sports, dining, and leisure.
Last September, Paddle Point Leisure broke ground.
And in recent weeks, groundworks are already underway for at least 3 sites in the vicinity. This below is right beside Migoy’s Su-Tu-Kil.

More earthmoving are observed on this property located in the interior.
This under construction commercial building is also expected to spur moe development in the vicinity.
