Parkgoers and passersby at Gaston Park in Cagayan de Oro City got a surprise on Wednesday afternoon, October 22, 2026, after an unidentified man was spotted atop the historic City Museum (Old Water Tower). In a video uploaded by netizen Bartulome Gaming, the man can be seen sitting on top of the tower before safely making his way back down using the embedded ladder rungs. The rungs are meant solely for maintenance personnel and are strictly off-limits to the public.
