The Municipal Goverment of Manolo Fortich in Bukidnon is preparing seven proposed Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects involving multibillion-peso investments in healthcare, transportation, commerce, and tourism as part of its development and cityhood initiatives. Key proposals include a general hospital with an initial capacity of 180 to 250 beds, expandable to 500; a modern integrated transport terminal with a three-storey commercial mall; a town business center; and tourism facilities, including a cable car overlooking the municipality’s scenic canyons.

The Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO) is preparing the projects for submission to the PPP Center for feasibility review before they are offered to potential domestic and foreign investors. Implementation will depend on project approval and the availability of qualified private-sector partners.

General Hospital – one of the flagship projects in the pipeline with 180 to 250-bed capacity (Phase 1); Long term plan to expand to 500 beds.

Integrated Transpot Terminal – a major proposal envisioned as a modern, air-conditioned transport facility.

Commercial Mall – proposed three-storey mall integrated with the transport terminal, bringing together retail shops, dining establishments, and other commercial activities in one convenient hub.

Cable Car Attraction – proposed tourism attraction in Barangay Sto. Niño that will offer visitors panoramic views of Manolo Fortich’s scenic canyon landscape.
