Green GSM has officially launched its all-electric taxi service in Northern Mindanao, expanding its operations to Cagayan de Oro, El Salvador, Laguindingan, Alubijid, and Opol. In a media release dated September 29, 2026, the company said customers can book rides through the Green GSM app, contact its customer service hotline, or hail an available vehicle on the street. Powered by a 100% electric VinFast fleet, the service offers quiet and comfortable rides with zero emissions.

Construction of the depot is still ongoing, but its EV charging stations are already operational and being used by Green GSM’s electric taxi units.

The designation of **“Depot 1” suggests that Green GSM may be planning additional depots and charging stations as it expands its operations in Northern Mindanao.
