The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is set to have its own permanent building in Cagayan de Oro City, with a new four-storey PRC office building planned along the Canitoan–Opol Diversion Road in Iponan. The DPWH Cagayan de Oro 1st District Engineering Office has initiated procurement for the project, which has an approved budget of ₱29.4 million. PRC has yet to have its own government-owned office in the city and has been leasing commercial space, with its current office located at Limketkai Center. Once completed, the new facility will provide PRC with a permanent home and improve accessibility for professionals and applicants from Cagayan de Oro and nearby areas.
Below are the PRC building perspectives.
