Cagayan de Oro officials led by City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy welcomed representatives from Cebu-based Oakridge Realty Development Corporation (ORDC) and LH Paragon Group to discuss their upcoming Oakridge Baywood Park development in the city. The project is seen as having the potential to attract new investments, generate jobs, and create more opportunities for Kagay-anons. Mayor Klarex thanked the two companies for their confidence in Cagayan de Oro and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening partnerships with the private sector to support the city’s continued growth and development.
ORDC is the real estate arm of the LH Paragon Group. Its flagship development is Oakridge Business Park, a thriving mixed-use complex in Mandaue City, Cebu. In Cagayan de Oro, ORDC owns a 2-hectare warehouse facility in Baloy, adjacent to Gama Foods. Details about the proposed Oakridge Baywood Park development, however, have yet to be disclosed.
