The ongoing development across the GSIS Office along Mayor P.N. Roa Street in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City has been named LEMONTOWN, a commercial complex by UKC Builders Inc. Confirmed during a recent public hearing, the project will feature retail and commercial spaces housed in a three-storey building with a basement, a separate two-storey structure, and open parking areas. The development is expected to become a new commercial hub in the area. Carmen Punong Barangay Joaquin “Kikang” Uy also confirmed that the site will host the first McDonald’s branch in Carmen, the second Puregold store in Cagayan de Oro City, and a new Mr. DIY outlet.
