Construction of the two-kilometer Manresa Access Road is now progressing simultaneously from both ends. The latest aerial update shows ongoing earthworks at the lower section, where the road will connect to Balulang Road, with the project’s indicative alignment now becoming increasingly visible. Meanwhile, construction continues at the upper section within Manresa Town. Fully funded by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) as part of its flagship Manresa Town development, the new roadway is expected to significantly improve connectivity and help ease traffic between Cagayan de Oro’s uptown and downtown areas.
