The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority has signed a lease agreement with GITC Supply Solutions, Inc., a transportation and hauling company, for the development of a PHP 197.66-million facility on a 5,000-square-meter property in Barangay San Martin, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental. The planned facility will include a garage, motorpool, and barracks to support the company’s operations. The contract was signed by PHIVIDEC Deputy Administrator for Operations Atty. Benjamin C. Medrano and representatives of GITC Supply Solutions, Inc.
