Provincial officials led by Bukidnon Governor Rogelio Neil Roque, together with CAAP representatives, partner agencies, local officials, and private stakeholders, recently conducted an ocular inspection and roundtable discussion for the Bukidnon Airport Development Project. The airport is currently under Phase IV implementation and is approximately 33.11% complete. Construction of the control tower and cargo terminal building is ongoing, while several major facilities—including the two-storey administration building, ticketing booths, staff house, water tank and pumphouse, transformer yard, and covered walkways—have yet to commence. Planned horizontal developments such as the vehicular parking area, parking lighting, landscaping, runway extension, lifting stations, and water impounding system are also still awaiting implementation.
