Misamis Oriental Governor Juliette Uy has unveiled the conceptual designs for the long-anticipated Pelaez Sports Complex Redevelopment Project. The project is expected to be partially funded through the sale of the old provincial jail facility to A Brown Co., Inc. However, Gov. Uy noted that additional investors are still needed, as the proceeds from the jail site alone are not sufficient to fully finance the redevelopment of the sports facility. The proposal will soon be put out for bidding.
