There has been little progress so far in the resumed construction of the new Cagayan de Oro City Library along Don Apolinar Velez Street. Aside from the installation of flooring slabs on the second and third levels—one of the notable developments since work resumed last year—onsite activity remains limited. Only a handful of workers have been observed at certain times, suggesting that construction has yet to return to full-scale operations. It remains unclear what specific works are currently being undertaken and the overall scope of the ongoing construction activities.
