Bernwood de Oro, a proposed 22-storey residential condominium project by Iloilo-based Eon Realty and Development Corporation, has taken a significant step forward with the completion of soil testing on its future site. The high rise building is set to rise on a 2,000-square-meter property along Max Suniel Street in Carmen, directly across Cagayan de Oro College Senior High School. The soil investigation was confirmed by RN Pantalla Construction and Soil Testing Services, which shared photos of the activity involving four boreholes. As previously revealed, Bernwood de Oro will feature 20 floors of residential units, basement and podium parking occupying the first two floors, four commercial spaces, and a range of lifestyle amenities, including a fitness gym, swimming pool, and study hub.
