PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College marked another milestone with the groundbreaking of its Phase 2 building at the Puerto Campus in Barangay Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City. The six-storey facility will feature 24 classrooms and accommodate about 1,200 additional students, expanding access to college education for communities in Puerto and nearby areas. From its original campus in Carmen, PHINMA COC has grown into a four-campus network across Northern Mindanao, with campuses in Puerto, Carmen, Iligan, and an upcoming campus in Butuan.
