At Cogon Public Market in Cagayan de Oro, laborer Joqimer Sarep earned praise after turning over ₱20,000 he found during work instead of keeping it. With assistance from City Economic Enterprises and Business Development Administration (CEEBDA) personnel led by Mary Ann Tagarda, the money was verified and returned to its rightful owner, Mr. Ricky Tamayo. CEEBDA General Manager Marianne G. Ragas lauded Sarep’s honesty, calling it a shining example of true Kagay-anon integrity.
