Soil testing has been completed for the proposed 30-storey Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Cagayan de Oro at Pueblo de Oro Business Park, according to Qualitest Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (QSTI). The results will determine the appropriate foundation system and recommend the best construction methods. The project is set to become the city’s first five-star hotel and branded residential complex, with construction possibly starting within the year pending all required permits and approvals.
