Francis David Pontillas of Gingoog City Comprehensive National High School delivered the first gold medal for the City of Good Luck at the ongoing Northern Mindanao Regional Athletic Association (NMRAA) Meet 2026 in Malaybalay City. He clinched the top podium finish in the Secondary Boys’ Archery Olympic Round held on March 21, 2026 at the Casisang Athletic Oval. In addition to his gold medal, Pontillas also earned silver medals in the 30-meter, 60-meter, and 1440 events, and secured qualification for the Palarong Pambansa.
