A motorcycle-riding cellphone snatcher ran out of luck early Wednesday, February 18, after he was chased down and caught by concerned citizens along Gaabucayan Street in Cagayan de Oro City. The suspect had just victimized a young woman when bystanders immediately pursued him, despite his attempt to flee on a motorcycle.
