The twin-tower development rising near MHARS Medical Center in Maningcol, Ozamiz City is poised to become the tallest structure in Misamis Occidental at 12 storeys. The building is now structurally complete, with exterior and interior fit-out works ongoing, marking a prominent new addition to the city’s skyline. Although its official name has yet to be announced, the project—under the Aya Hotel chain—is expected to stand as the province’s tallest building once operational, highlighting Ozamiz’s steady emergence as an urban hub. Tenant details and the target opening date have yet to be disclosed.
