Master plan renderings shared by Palafox show a mix of commercial, leisure, hotel, and residential areas connected by walkable streets and access to key destinations. Formerly called Paraiso Hill, the project by Gedah Holdings is designed to support connectivity, balanced growth, and harmony between community, business, and nature.
