FDC Utilities, Inc. is set to inaugurate this month its 21-megawatt peak (MWp) solar farm in Sta. Cruz, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, within the Phividec Industrial Estate, as part of its goal to energize 94 MW of solar capacity nationwide this year. The P700-million facility, fitted with more than 34,000 solar panels, is expected to generate about 30,450 megawatt-hours of clean energy annually, and company officials describe it as currently the largest solar farm in Mindanao. – SOURCE
