A popular Cebuano vlogger was struck from behind by an allegedly intoxicated spectator while performing at a barangay fiesta show in Iponan, Cagayan de Oro, on Monday night, February 10. Jimbo Yurongo, more popularly known as MarinongDJ, was taking selfies with fans on stage near the end of his performance when a man suddenly approached from behind and hit him on the head, knocking off his cap and shocking the audience. The suspect was immediately restrained by members of the stage crew, and videos of the incident have since gone viral online. He was later arrested by barangay tanods and is now in police custody.
