Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Klarex Uy led the formal turnover of a new ₱76.4 million, four-storey 16-classroom building at Bulua National High School today, February 10. Each classroom is equipped with a Smart TV, computer, printer, LCD projector, fire alarm and detection system, and 16 CCTV cameras to enhance safety and support quality learning. The project was funded by the Local School Board through the Special Education Fund (SEF).
