A three-storey light retail building is being proposed for the open space fronting the Liceo de Cagayan University Paseo del Rio Campus in Cagayan de Oro City. Renderings of the project, dubbed “Liceo Centerpoint,” were recently shared on Facebook by WTA Architecture and Design Studio, showcasing a design that seamlessly weaves natural elements into the built form. The concept integrates greenery, natural light, and ventilation, allowing air and sunlight to flow effortlessly throughout the structure. Featuring open decks and shaded walkways, the building is envisioned to encourage movement, interaction, and a stronger sense of community within the campus environment.
