Construction is gradually taking shape at Persimmon’s new branch on the ground floor of the CKY Center Building, formerly occupied by Jollibee, along Capistrano Street near Lourdes College. Cagayan de Oro’s homegrown fast food and bakeshop, best known for its signature baked siopao, is ushering in a fresh new chapter with a modern design and updated look. Curved lines are already visible on the main façade, where the large Persimmon signage is set to be installed.
