Construction is progressing on the VACK commercial building at Pueblo Business Park, with the latest update as of January 2026 showing the installation of structural steel frames. The four-storey development, owned by Phil-Agro Industrial Corp., is located along Atlantic Street, beside Fish Head Uptown Restaurant. Once completed, the project is expected to add new commercial space and further strengthen the area’s emergence as a key lifestyle and business district in Cagayan de Oro.
