The lifeless body of an infant was discovered along the shoreline of Purok 13, Baloy, Barangay Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City early this morning, December 27. Photos shared by netizen Hazel Antipunan Tamayo showed the newborn, whom authorities suspect may have been thrown into the sea by the mother shortly after birth and later washed ashore in Baloy. Police are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
