A brazen theft was recently caught on camera as a man stole a case of beer from a delivery truck in Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City. The video shows the suspect climbing onto the back of the truck amid slow-moving traffic in front of Del Monte Philippines Cannery, taking a case from a stack of beer, and quickly leaving the scene. Truck thefts in the Bugo-Puerto area in the city continue to be a persistent problem.
