Barangay Carmen in Cagayan de Oro, led by Barangay Chair Raineir Joaquin “Kikang” Uy, recently held a public hearing on the proposed Masterson Mile North high-rise condominium project in Upper Carmen. Representatives from Pueblo de Oro, zone leaders, the Morning Mist Village Homeowners Association, and various LGU offices attended the meeting. The hearing allowed concerned government agencies to review the project’s possible impact, while homeowners shared their concerns, highlighting the importance of coordination and community consultation as the development moves forward.
