Arthaland launches Project BEAM; to use engineered bamboo from Cagayan de Oro, Bukidnon

Arthaland, the only real estate developer in the Philippines with a 100% sustainably certified residential and commercial portfolio, has officially launched Project BEAM (Bamboo Ecological Architecture and Materials)—an initiative that promotes the use of bamboo as a primary material for architecture and construction. According to Rep. Joeman Alba, Arthaland will build modern structures using engineered bamboo sourced from Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon, highlighting the region’s growing role in sustainable construction.
